Return Process

Contact our farm shop team within 24 hours of delivery or purchase if you encounter any quality concerns with your produce or artisanal goods.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the specific items and their packaging to help us investigate the quality issue.
- 3.Review Process
Our quality control team will assess your claim within 2 business days to determine if a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, or a fresh replacement will be prepared for your next scheduled farm delivery.
